How to enable location access

iPhone/iPad + Safari

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Privacy and then Location Services.
  3. Scroll down, then tap Safari Websites.
  4. Under “Allow location access,” make sure it’s set to “While using the app”.

If that doesn’t immediately work, please clear your browsing data:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down, then tap Safari and then Clear history and website data.

Android + Chrome

  1. Touch the menu at the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Touch Settings > Site Settings > Location.
  3. Make sure Location is enabled on the top of the screen (not blocked).
  4. Find volunteer.pointintimecount.com in the list & click it.
  5. To grant access to your location, turn on Location access or click to allow.

Computer

Chrome

  1. In the top right, click More (the three vertical dots).
  2. Click Settings and then at the bottom, click Advanced.
  3. In the “Privacy and security” section, click Content settings.
  4. Click “Location” and then make sure that Ask before accessing (recommended) is turned on.
  5. Click Back.

Safari

  1. Open System Preferences and then Security & Privacy Preferences and then Privacy and then Location Services.
  2. To allow for changes, click the lock in the bottom left.
  3. Check “Enable Location Services.”

Internet Explorer

  1. Go to your browser’s toolbar and click Tools Settings and then Internet Options and then Privacy and then under “Location,” click Clear Sites.
