iPhone/iPad + Safari
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Privacy and then Location Services.
- Scroll down, then tap Safari Websites.
- Under “Allow location access,” make sure it’s set to “While using the app”.
If that doesn’t immediately work, please clear your browsing data:
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down, then tap Safari and then Clear history and website data.
Android + Chrome
- Touch the menu at the upper right corner of the screen.
- Touch Settings > Site Settings > Location.
- Make sure Location is enabled on the top of the screen (not blocked).
- Find volunteer.pointintimecount.com in the list & click it.
- To grant access to your location, turn on Location access or click to allow.
Computer
Chrome
- In the top right, click More (the three vertical dots).
- Click Settings and then at the bottom, click Advanced.
- In the “Privacy and security” section, click Content settings.
- Click “Location” and then make sure that Ask before accessing (recommended) is turned on.
- Click Back.
Safari
- Open System Preferences and then Security & Privacy Preferences and then Privacy and then Location Services.
- To allow for changes, click the lock in the bottom left.
- Check “Enable Location Services.”
Internet Explorer
- Go to your browser’s toolbar and click Tools Settings and then Internet Options and then Privacy and then under “Location,” click Clear Sites.
