It’s been a while! We’ve made a bunch of improvements to Hyperion since the 2020 PIT count.
Here are some highlights:
Year-Round Surveying
You can now use Hyperion year-round for surveying other than the PIT count.
Training Mode
There’s a dedicated training mode to get your volunteers ready before the count.
De-duplication Workflow
We’ve added a dedicated de-duplication workflow to help you identify and handle duplicate responses.
Filter by County
You can now filter results by county automatically.
Redesigned Admin and Volunteer Sites
Both the admin portal and volunteer site have been redesigned for a better experience.
Export to HUD CSV
You can now export data to HUD CSV format, which you can import into ServicePoint if you have their SyncPoint add-on.
New Volunteer Training Video
