Here are some recent improvements to Hyperion leading up to the 2025 PIT count.
In the Admin Portal
Consistent Question Export Order
We fixed a bug where questions were being exported in inconsistent orders during raw data exports. Now they’ll always come out in the same order.
Download Volunteer Registration Data
You can now download volunteer registration information after a PIT count has started (Sophisticated plan only).
Bulk Edit Housing and Shelter Statuses
You can now bulk edit housing and shelter statuses:
Read-Only PIT Lead Role
There’s a new read-only PIT lead role (Sophisticated plan only).
Consistent Household Member IDs
The ID associated with household members is now consistent between the app and the data export. You can control which style is used in the new preferences section - either something like 4-1 (fourth household, first member) or the UUID style like 4de9f8a4-914f-4031-b799-48d692ff9465.
On the Volunteer Side
Team-Based Hotspot Visibility
When using volunteer teams with hotspots, volunteers will only see the hotspots for their team (Sophisticated plan only).
Redundant Uploads
All submissions are now uploaded in two different ways for redundancy.
