Change the survey mode to Live.
While in Training Mode, all submissions are tagged as training surveys. In Live Mode, they’re tagged as live surveys. Live surveys are automatically included in the analytics, whereas training surveys aren’t.
Did a volunteer submit a training survey during Live Mode? No problem. You can easily change a submission from Live to Training (or vice-versa).
