Volunteers can only see the basics of surveys they’ve submitted (when they completed it and whether it’s been uploaded).
Submission data is only stored on a volunteer’s phone if internet access isn’t available. The moment the upload completes, the data is removed.
The only people able to view submission data are administrators assigned to your organization.
Google Cloud has laser-based intrusion detection systems, cryptographic authentication, DoS protection, and encryption at rest.
All data is transmitted over Transport Layer Security (TLS) so it cannot be read if intercepted.
