You can invite additional admins to your Hyperion account so more people can set up PIT counts, monitor data, and manage volunteers.
Adding a full admin
A full admin sees all data across your organization and can make any changes. To invite one, open the Users area of the admin portal, click Add User, and enter their email address. They’ll get an invitation to set up their login. You can also limit their access to read-only access.
Adding a PIT Lead
If you only want someone to see data for specific teams — for example, a team lead running part of the count — invite them as a PIT Lead instead. See Adding a PIT Lead.
